- Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account
- Only upload contracts you have the right to analyze
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Remember that our analysis is for informational purposes only
- Data Ownership & Privacy
- You retain full ownership of any contracts or documents you upload
- We process your documents temporarily to provide analysis, then delete them
- We don't store your contract content permanently on our servers
- Your account information is protected according to our Privacy Policy

- Service Availability
- We strive to keep our service available 24/7, but occasional downtime may occur
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We're not liable for any losses due to service interruptions
- Free accounts have usage limits as described in our pricing
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Account Termination
You Can Leave Anytime
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Delete your account from your settings
- Export your data before leaving
- No penalties for canceling
We May Suspend Accounts If
- You violate these terms
- You use the service illegally
- Your account is compromised
- You don't pay for paid services
